1.3 This point refutes its parent point. The Constitution only guarantees the right to bear arms for members of "a well-regulated militia".

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The right of the "PEOPLE" to keep and bear arms shall not be INFRINGED.

It does not say the right of the militia, or the right of the military, or the right of the rich, or the right of law enforcement, or for that matter the right of the government.

It is the "RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE" to keep and bear arms.

When you take someone else's rights away you will inevitably lose yours as well.
